I had so much fun recently putting together a picnic for a small group of friends. Problem was, I couldn't figure out how to transport the meal I made in an interesting way. Until I took out Chinese that night!
It can handle wet sauces. It is small, compact, has a handle, and even has a friendly greeting.
So I made barbecued chicken with Hoisin sauce, and began with a layer of home made cole slaw at the bottom of my Chinese take out containers. I topped that with thin slices of fresh sweet mango. Topped the mango with the barbecued chicken and then with edible oregano flowers….
And tied cutlery to the top. It worked perfectly. Thank you – Enjoy!
