I went cookie-cutter mad the other day and ordered French inspired cookie cutters (I’m still waiting for the French poodle…). I decided to put to immediate use the Eiffel Tower one (a bargain at 10 cents) and the Fleur de Lys ($1.89).
I had some store-bought puff pastry and some great sharp Parmigiano cheese, so I cut away, baked for 15 minutes, and was rewarded with these little wonders that were light as a feather and were delightful on the tongue.
Just cut and bake at 400 degrees F. for 15 minutes.
So cool! Going now to look on Amazon.com for some others…….obsessed! Now that I’ve had my first cheesy flour de lys, I can’t wait for my next.
